When you contact ILA Global Consulting Philippines through a form, by email or on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your enquiry. We use these details to respond to you, prepare a proposal, and deliver the service you engage us for.

Enquiries are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship system, and handled by our team in the Philippines and our group offices. If you are contacting us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this means your details are transferred to the Philippines, where we protect them in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the commitments in our group privacy policy.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry. You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@ilaglobalconsulting.com and we will act on your request.

Complaints can also be raised with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines or, for European enquirers, your local data protection authority.
