Corporate Compliance · Annual GIS

Filing of the Annual General Information Sheet

Your GIS prepared from your actual records, reconciled and filed with the SEC on time, every year.

Overview

The SEC's annual snapshot of your corporation

The General Information Sheet records your directors, officers and stockholders, your capital structure, your registered address and your beneficial owners. Every corporation files one each year, within 30 calendar days after its annual stockholders’ meeting. If the meeting is not held, the filing is still due within 30 days of the date your bylaws set for it.

The GIS is also one of the first documents banks, investors and regulators check, so inconsistencies with your stock and transfer book or earlier filings cause problems well beyond the SEC. We prepare the filing from your actual records and reconcile it before it goes in.
