Special Investor's Resident Visa (SIRV)
We help foreign investors confirm a qualifying investment and prepare a complete SIRV application through the BOI framework.
Overview
Residence based on investment
The Special Investor’s Resident Visa gives a foreign national the right to reside in the Philippines on the strength of a qualifying investment. It requires an investment of at least US$75,000 made through the Board of Investments framework, in a form that qualifies under the rules. The visa is linked to that investment, so it needs to be maintained for the status to continue.
Not every investment counts. The form of the investment, how the funds are brought in and how they are documented all affect eligibility. We review your proposed or existing investment, confirm whether it qualifies for your case, and prepare the application so the evidence of inward remittance and investment is clear. We also handle the registration steps that follow approval.

Frequently asked questions
SIRV questions
Does the SIRV let me work in the Philippines?
The SIRV is a residence visa based on investment. Whether you can take up employment, and what clearances you would need, depends on the role. We confirm this for your case before you commit.
What happens if I withdraw my investment?
The visa depends on the qualifying investment being maintained. Withdrawing or converting it can put the visa at risk, so we advise before any change is made.
Can I use an investment I have already made?
Possibly, if it was made and documented in a qualifying way. We review the records and tell you whether it can support an application or whether something needs to change.
